More than 2,000 Coloradans have received $103 million as part of a national settlement with mortgage servicers Ally Financial, Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo The Office of Mortgage Settlement Oversight issued a report Wednesday showing the average relief was about $50,000.According to the Denver Post, more than $82 million of Colorado's $103 million in relief went to people allowed to short-sell their homes, when the lender agrees to accept less than what the seller owed on the mortgage.
The settlements were reached following allegations that banks engaged in deceit and fraud dealing with mortgage holders during the economic crisis.

Really, so the banks actually talk with people and approve a short sale? This is interesting, Wednesday morning...taking in my packets for the forth time....can't say I didn't try.

:)  If you are going to sue me, you should probably talk with me #JPMC

This is just egregious behavior. Looks like you are all paying off the states one by one, maybe you should just stop the maddness, pick up the phone and talk with your customers.

We are all adults here....I have tried dozens and dozens of times, look...I know that something was screwed  up, but ignoring me isn't helping this situation. SO, which is it...cause you can't have it both ways.
This is NOT okay.

Not one bit.
