The part that I find most interesting is that the banks are paid off within 90 days of default and then the servicer comes after you?? WHAT?
It reminds me of a movie I once saw...where gangs, gangsters, crooks and thieves, all had a middle man that went and beat up or killed off the guy who couldn't pay his debts. Seems like that kind of retaliation and justice doesn't it...just a little more diplomatic, with legalities thrown in there to make it appear that this is all on the up and up.
What happens when this becomes the normal course of business? A ponzi scheme...is a ponzi scheme...is a ponzi scheme......if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, odds are..........
