Butterflies, butterflies...Everywhere!!
This morning my backyard was covered in butterflies...they were everywhere!  When I came home last night there were three in the house...so, surrounded by beauty...

I was curious what this meant...and this is what I found.: (courtesy of Answers.com)
We are all small and appear to be the same (like the caterpillar), but as we grow older our true beauty shows (like the butterfly). Like a butterfly, we are all different, and beautiful in our own way. In the Christian religion, the metamorphosis a butterfly undergoes is symbolic of the spiritual evolution all Christians go through. Butterflies represent rebirth and a new beginning. For Christians, it is considered a soulful symbol. In ancient mythology, the butterfly stands for wisdom and everlasting knowledge.

Butterflies symbolizes change.

and this got me to thinking....it is possible that this will all be over soon?  Is it possible that resolution will be found?

First of all the butterfly symbolizes new life from and old one. Seeing that the color black is a strong yet subtle color, the black butterfly symbolizes the new strong but subtle life after a period of transformation.
In some cultures the butterfly is also considered to bring luck.  By a well established convention in literature and art, butterflies (usually) symbolize transitoriness, as they don't live long.

The butterfly exists in four distinct forms. Some consider that so do we: The fertilized egg is planted in our mother's womb. From our day of birth we are like the caterpillar which can only eat and creep along. At death we are like the dormant pupa in its chrysalis. After that, our consciousness emerges from the cast off body, and some see in this the emergence of the butterfly. Therefore, the butterfly is symbolic of rebirth after death.

There is a Native American legend that says, " If you have a secret wish, capture a butterfly and whisper your wish to it. Since butterflies cannot speak, your secret is ever safe in their keeping. Release the butterfly, and it will carry your wish to the Great Spirit, who alone knows the thoughts of butterflies. By setting the butterfly free, you are helping to restore the balance of nature, and your wish will surely be granted."

The butterfly is a reminder to make changes when the opportunity arises. Change and transformation are inevitable for us all, but it does not have to be traumatic. Butterfly symbolism is also closely tied to the idea of spirits and souls. It has been used in many religions and cultures. In the western world, the symbol of the butterfly stands for freedom, fun and joyous times. It is also symbolises a state of naturalness and purity.

A Week in Review. Happy Friday!

Well, here we are and it's Friday.  Friday is a double edged sword, it is the end of a week that ends with more questions than it began with.  More phone calls, visits, and letters that mean everything but resolution...just more frustration.  However, when Saturday morning finally arrives I know that nothing can happen for 48 hours except me working away, no hostile attacks, no more lies brought to my front door, nothing toxic is allowed in, or seeps in through my pc, my phone, or my front door.  It is lovely, truly lovely.

This is how I feel on Monday

Tuesday................................................
Wednesday..........................................
Thursday, a little light reading.
Friday.............................................................

Here is the deal, this all sucks, and it is very frustrating, but I still have my health....and the humor is not lost on any of this!!  Believe me, there are days that I just laugh hysterically....sometimes all through the day even, When you know the truth....it truly sets you free.  I'm a bit surrounded by a level of fraud that makes the most sane people think, How could you not be crazy?

Truth is, I only need to be as crazy as they need me to be, and I have to be a little crazy to fight for PRINCIPLE, INTEGRITY, and to fight against FRAUD...I don't run with the masses, Greed is not my mission.  It's going to be confusing because at the end of all of this the "special" people in my life aren't going to know what to do with someone that can't be paid off. A bit of a loose canon...gosh, that is gonna stink, isn't it??

I LOVE 60 Minutes

WOW. Now this is INCREDIBLE!!!  Guess this is what fraud goes for...$10.00 bucks an hour. WOW.

Again...Not Sure I Want To Be Associated With a Company or People that Violate Federal Law

JPM Chase not the only bank blacklisting appraisers for refusing to violate federal law(http://justiceleague00.tumblr.com/)

Written by Biloxi
Distressed homeowners facing foreclosure are not the only victims that are bullied by the banks.Appraisers have become victims of bank abuses. We all know that there have been bad actors in the appraisal industry that have been a participant in the housing bubble by inflating appraisals as well as bad actors who got liar loans for home that they could not afford. But, my focus is on the appraisers who refuse to violate federal laws for the banks. Currently in the news, JP Morgan Chase blacklisted appraisers who refuse to violate the federal laws. Read more on this story. Click here.
This seems like an issue for quite some time now, yet this hasn’t a lot of media attention nor attention on Capitol Hill. JP Morgan Chase is not the only bank blacklisting the appraisers. Take this story by an appraisers that told his story of being blacklisted by Citimortgage:
“I am a certified residential appraiser and have been appraising for the last 12 years successfully. A year ago I received a letter from CitiMortgage saying I was being blacklisted by them for a market update (1004 D) I was asked to do for them by PCV Murcor although the appraisal was done by another appraiser.
I [completed] the 1004D as requested and found the market conditions still stable. CitiMortgage apparently had a problem with the underlyingappraisal done by another appraiser and is blaming me, as the address of the property [format] in his appraisal is the same as in the letter they sent me.
I wrote a letter to Gary Schlittler, their VP in charge of appraisals, and he said they were modifying the “punishment” by putting my name on the monitor section of the list (requires a field review) with any appraisal submitted to them by me. This has hurt my business not only from the lack of CitiMortgage business but they have also shared the information with other AMC’s who will not place orders to me for their clients as their clients may be taking the loans to Citi.
In addition, Wells Fargo blacklisted their appraisers which resulted in a class action lawsuit against bank and its subsidary Rels Valuation:
According to the compliant, Rels and Wells Fargo have given appraisers predetermined comparable properties to base appraisals, further compromising the appraisers’ independence.

Plaintiff Pearsall, a long-time appraiser, completed an appraisal for Wells Fargo and Rels in 2007. After submitting his report, Rels asked that he alter the report to reflect the company’s desired views on the property.

After refusing, the suit claims Rels blacklisted Pearsall, stripping him of a large portion of his income.

Timothy Savage, an appraiser in Vail, Colorado, also submitted two appraisals to Rels in 2009, which the company rejected, asking him to increase the appraisal values. After refusing, Savage received a letter from Rels informing him that he is no longer included on the approved panel of appraisers, the suit claims.

And how about this class action lawsuit against Countrywide by a group of Idaho appraisers:
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Seattle, claims Countrywide forced appraisers to use improper appraisal techniques that benefit the lender and punished those who did not participate by blacklisting individuals and companies for up to a year, denying them work.

JPM Chase as well as the other banks are in serious trouble for bullying appraisers to violate the federal law especially under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 as well as the appraisers’ requirement under Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Under Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, appraisers, along with all providers of personal financial services are required by federal law to inform their clients of policies on privacy of client nonpublic personal information.
Prior to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, appraisers were already under the confidentiality requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The confidentiality section of the USPAP Ethics Rule, states: “An appraiser must protect the confidential nature of the appraiser-client relationship. An appraiser must act in good faith with regard to the legitimate interests of the client in the use of confidential information and in the communication of assignment results. An appraiser must be aware of, and comply with, all confidentiality and privacy laws and regulations applicable in an assignment. An appraiser must not disclose confidential information or assignment results prepared for a client to anyone other than the client and persons specifically authorized by the client; state enforcement agencies and such third parties as may be authorized by due process of law; and a duly authorized professional peer review committee except when such disclosure to a committee would violate applicable law or regulation. It is unethical for a member of a duly authorized professional peer review committee to disclose confidential information presented to the committee.”
This is just another example of the banks that feel that they are above the law.

                            ...........................................................................................................

Boy, oh boy, looks like everyone has their hands full doesn't it?  Gosh, not following federal laws and regulations probably isn't a good idea.  Bullying probably isn't a good idea either, although I appreciated that last phone call where I was threatened that if I didn't do_______________________ you won't accept my information, which is actually a complete fabrication of the law, says my  Attorneys.  tisk tisk smh and could open the door to gosh, harassment, emotional abuse, and that pesky thing called federal offense...or maybe( alleged of course) be I don't know referred to as..... extortion?

Why is it so hard to just I don't know...follow the law? Gosh darn it, there is the word again...the one that is always and inevitably the answer.   GREED.   followed by lost Integrity...must be with all the "missing" and "lost" paperwork, I'm hopeful that you will find it though. :)

Why?  I love you, ofcourse  :)

Hurry Quick, Sweep it Under the Rug!! (LMAO)

law

Wall Street and its co-conspirators on Main Street had a great plan.

Step 1: Ram predatory loans down the market with fraud and deceptive marketing.

Step 2: Some of the loans will blow up, but in the aggregate it will all work out and besides, the loans will be bundled and sold off to investors (spreading the toxic waste), so who cares?

Great plan, but it had a few problems.

Problem #1: It destroyed the world financial system (minor detail)

Problem #2 (And he's where it get VERY interesting...) For a loan to be valid, the lender needs to be able to produce the paperwork.

Guess what?

In their mad greed to screw the American people and line their own pockets, Wall Street forgot that little detail.

Many of these loans and been sliced and diced and sold and re-sold so many times that not only is the paperwork not easy to lay hands on, in some cases, it's not clear who actually owns the loan.

Here's where property law comes in.

If the bank can't produce the documents and the real owner of the loan can't be identified, the contract is null and void.

You've got to hand it to Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur (and Ohio which produces a lot of great Congresspeople.)

By telling a bank to "produce the note," a homeowner can delay foreclosure by forcing the lender to prove the suing institution is actually the same which owns the debt.

Now, the banks own sloth and disorganization (and inherent dishonesty) can be used against it.

..................................................................................................................................

Like I said, Nothing if Not Interesting. Tick Tock. Is this where everyone starts saying, "No, it's mine!" "No, it's mine?"   Meanwhile....in foreclosure limbo, and still have never....in almost 12 months been able to get my bank to talk to me, because "someone has made a very serious error, but if you fill out this packet, we will be able to fix it." -VP of operations at Chase Bank.

Sure, sure you will. I trust you so much...

Greed. Sloth. Fraud. Toxic. dishonest.

This is An Interesting Read. What IF?

Stop Foreclosure - Demand the Lender Prove Ownership(http://www.gottrouble.com)

If you are upside down on your mortgage, bear this in mind, that the banks are upside down too. They are not only upside down in terms of their own balance sheets, but also in terms of their recordkeeping. If you cannot make your mortgage payments and do not think you will be able to catch up, do not despair. The only person or entity that can displace you from your house is the entity that actually owns the mortgage and holds the note to prove it.
What did the holder of the note do with that document? Not so long ago it was put in a vault or a file, so that if the homeowner fell behind in payments, the owner of the note was able to locate the document that proved ownership of the debt. But in the frenzy of greed that characterized the last few years, this practice was substantially modified. Instead of keeping the original note securely, those notes were packaged with hundreds or thousands of other notes. They were sliced and diced and sold, and resold and passed on again. There is a reasonable chance that if you fall behind on your payments, no one will be able to produce the original note and so no one will be able to say to a court of law that they for sure are the owner of the note. True, there will be a record of payments but this may not be sufficient to establish actual ownership of the note.
Some distressed homeowners have been going to court, and when the time comes for that dreadful moment for them to hear that they have been foreclosed upon, instead the intrepid homeowner speaks up and says, "Where is the original note?" Some courts are proving sympathetic to such a challenge, and have put the alleged owner of the note to the task of proving they are indeed the true owner.
The homeowner proves ownership by means of a grant deed recorded at the county recorder's office. The mortgage holder proves ownership of the mortgage debt by producing the original deed of trust that is evidence of the indebtedness. If this document cannot be produced, how can the homeowner be dispossessed?
The banks did very well out of the enormous run‑up in home prices in the past ten years. Their shareholders did well and their executives took home millions in bonuses. But now that times are hard, they have gone to the government for billions of dollars in bailout money.
The homeowner should not be held to a different standard. Ownership is not a technicality that a bank should be allowed to ignore. Banks have already played their hand. The homeowner must now have a chance to play as well. But there is a difference.
The homeowner must put food on the table, must bring up the children, must take responsibility for all of the incidents of life. If it is possible to stay in one's home, duly purchased and duly paid for, even though one is now in some financial difficulty, then stand firm on the law that says no one has a better right unless they can actually prove it.

;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;

It's all very interesting isn't it??  Can you imagine?  I know it's hard to believe that such an upstanding and business in compliance could just "lose" paperwork, or be so unorganized to not be able to produce it...What would they say, "I have no documents to produce?"..I'm seeing a theme here, a pattern and it is nothing if not very interesting and special at this point.

Very special indeed.

OHHHHH PRETTY PICTURE, OH SO PRETTY! (insert sarcasm here)

The Tangled Web Example

Looks like a mess...no wonder no one knows anything!! This is an example of brain damage from the beginning, gosh, wonder what mine looks like.....YOU KNOW, IF I DO INFACT EXSIST!!!
OF COURSE!!

Who Actually Owns The Loan On MY HOME?

I guess I should have started in the beginning by asking the most basic of questions.  Who Owns the loan?

I actually have two, maybe three answers to this question.

Weird...because I hear what you are saying....but the FACT is, I don't BELIEVE YOU.

I DON'T TRUST YOU.
JPMORGAN CHASE & CO
IF YOU, own my home, why is another company sending me information stating that they INFACT OWN THE LOAN...and then provide me with the loan number...
you know, the one that you say you can't talk to me about, because apparently I don't exist?
which is weird that you would cut a check to someone that didn't exist.

Weird that you would take an overpayment and apply it somewhere else.
You know, I want the gift to make money just appear, that is a really amazing gift...almost magic one might say...or an illusion, it's all in your perspective I suppose.

I feel like I have been here before...questioning the validity of a situation, asking questions about rules, policies, regulations, and legalities...
It's quite a pickle isn't it?

What would you do?
I once told a special person at the end of the day I feel like you are a used car salesman trying to sell me on something that isn't legal, Who are you trying to convince that this is OKAY, me or you?

Shenanigans.

-Marilyn Monroe

Sorry I Missed Your Visit JP Morgan Chase, Why don't you ring the doorbell?

This is probably the most fitting quote for a day like today.  For those of you that don't know what is actually happening...I have quite a few battles going on. (which is probably the most politically correct way of putting it)

It is funny, there are times where I find myself desperately searching for answers, because I don't like the one answer I keep getting.   At the base of all the problems, and the legal entanglements lies the one word explanation and ultimately the very reason that this all began.

GREED

I was in denial about this for a long time, making excuses for everyone, that surely this isn't the case. That circumstances were so elaborate that surely this wasn't the master plan, was it? I have been told that I give too much credit to all that are involved, that at the end of the day, they are just very corrupt people, who believe that they are above the law and have no integrity.  Now, being of sound body and mind, some days more than others there are times that I forget this, there are times that I don't understand how these people can do these corrupt things.

Then I remember, oh that's right...I'm not a sociopath and will never understand why. To seek the answers from people or businesses expecting an answer or even the truth is a total waste of time, this is called brain damage.  Coming to the conclusion that I will never know the truth is hard, but I heard this fabulous quote last night, and it made all the sense in the world to me.

Don't Trust Anyone Who Lies to You,

& Don't Lie to Anyone Who Trusts You.

Meanwhile,

Looks like JP MORGAN CHASE gave me a visit and left me one of their wonderful LOVE LETTERS yesterday, notice where it says, "Please Call" "Please be ready to give your account number" "We are expecting your call today"

Really?  Are you really EXPECTING my call today? Like I was expecting for gosh, you to talk to be for what four, five months before I HAD NO CHOICE but to hire an Attorney to try to get you to talk to me??

What is this called...is this the right arm not knowing what the left is doing? Is this your attempt to cover up a MASSIVE mistake and then be able to say, Oh, we have made contact, but have been ignored??  This is ridiculous and a massive waste of time, although I  enjoy the constant taunting and harassment of your love letters,( she says with the most sarcasm she can muster up)why don't you save the $9.00 an hour you are paying that person to put this on my door, and save the paper?

You are more than welcome to contact my lawyer, don't worry though, I'll post a really friendly sign on my door here shortly, so you WON'T have to leave this litter on MY property anymore. :)

I LOVE YOU DEARLY

-Michelle

****To date it looks like JPMorgan Chase might have their hands a little full, at last count, I could find 10,000 + current lawsuits against them.  Gosh, so glad that they capped the rate at which they could be sued, word is you can only sue 8-9 times what your mortgage is worth. Brilliant idea to pass that legislation so the people that fight aren't allowed to be greedy.  We wouldn't want that would we??

You just really can't make this stuff up.  Seriously?

You must Know the Correct Questions to Ask

                       http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rqzNq-AJc5U&feature=related

"I hear what you are saying"  LOL  Gosh, I have heard this before in my not so distant past...this is a polite way of saying, I hear you, but I'm not really listening, because your feelings, or needs do not matter more than my own agenda.  Reminds me of the time I said to a special person, "I don't know what you are saying, is that even legal?"   Guess you aren't really suppose to ask questions about the Truth.  Gosh, wonder if Chase has found the original paperwork yet....tick tock tick tock
Jamie Dimon with JP Morgan's Fine Establishment Speaks

CNN’s Richard quest in Davos speaks with JP Morgan’s CEO on the U.S. Presidential Election , taxes and the state of the economy
***Please credit CNN/Quest Means Business***

Full interview will run in Quest Means Business 1900 GMT/2000CET
TRANSCRIPT
Dimon: My gut feeling is that it’s going to be close. The candidate is not doing great. I think the candidate is going to be Mitt Romney
Quest: You think it is going to be Romney?
Dimon: That’s my personal opinion, I could be dead wrong. That’s my opinion who the Republican candidate is going to be, because I think he’s an experienced, knowledgeable, successful guy.  He clearly doesn’t like talking about himself, or his money very much, but he’ll get through that. Then you have President Obama who is also a very experienced, great campaigner, a great speech giver, but he’s lost some of the independence, some of the youth and this red state, blue state thing isn’t going to happen the same way it happened last time. So, I think the Republican campaign will be better than John McCain four years ago, so it’s possibly going to have a pretty close race. I don’t know.
Quest: You just alluded to Romney and his money. When you see the numbers, I’m aware that you obviously earn more than a buck or two yourself -  but you are the head of a bank. When you see the numbers and you see the levels of inequality, are you worried that there is an entrenchment, whether it’s in Occupy, or in civil society, the haves verses the have nots, is now becoming an entrenched view within society?
Dimon: It’s becoming an  entrenched view, but here’s the parts I agree with okay. People are angry because a lot of people in Wall Street made a lot of money as companies went down the tubes, and I agree with them. That’s a total disgrace. But look at JP Morgan we never had parachutes, we never had change of control… we’ve always risked just of results, we’ve always looked at results over a long period of time, we never had special severance packages and stuff like that, we’ve always paid a lot in stock, so a lot of new rules being promulgated, we were always doing them.
I do think we’re all better off if society gets increasingly equitable, the question we’ve got to deal with is, how do you do that?  And I’ll mention just two: one is progressive taxation, which you know we are very much in favour of; the second we have got to do a better job at giving people better opportunities.  In the United States, half the kids in inner city schools don’t graduate, that’s the biggest sin we made in our country. Right there.
Quest: If you were to discover that your effective tax rate was 15%, what would you say?
Dimon: I’d be surprised. In the United States, if you earn money, like waged income, that’s taxed, for me, 35% plus other ten-state local. Dividends and capital gains are 15. I have some of that but most is waged income. But I think people that pay taxes, pay taxes under the law, I’m not saying it’s right, I think we should probably change some of those rules. I’m not sure about the buffer rule but I believe in progressive taxation.
Quest: Where on the curve of recovery do you think we are at the moment?
Dimon: Right here, but I want to say, it’s a really complex job, I think they’re going to get ahead of it. The one thing that I would hope for is that I wish people collaborated more, you know, business, regulators, governments. It’s completely obvious to me that governments, banks, we’re all acting at counter purposes. I was in Berlin and the government, the ECB was saying lend more money and do all these things, and the regulators and examiners and boards are saying, don’t have any more exposure in Europe, what would you want?
Quest: That’s an important point isn’t it?
Dimon: We could do either. But you can’t do it if you’re going to be punished by regulators. I think it would be good if we all got together and said, ok what are we trying to accomplish? Because I think anything can be accomplished.

ENDS

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My thoughts on this are really simple, I simply get stuck where Jamie Dimon says, "I think it would be good if we all got together and said, ok what are we trying to accomplish? Because I think anything can be accomplished."

My thought: What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Stealing homes, committing a disgrace of outlandish business practices that just shouldn't be the "normal course of business" What am I trying to accomplish??  Gosh, I don't know Jamie Dimon, why don't you pick up the god damn phone and get on the horn to my lawyer and explain why you are doing this? It has been 11 months now, and with each passing day your company refuses to communicate. I did however receive a lovely bill/invoice from your attorneys though, and they have acknowledged that I exist...so I can pay their fees...so where is the miscommunication here??  YOU can't have it BOTH WAYS.

"...I think anything can be accomplished." -Jamie Dimon    Yeah? How about you walk over to that thing that rings off the hook all day, it's called a phone...and figure out what you are going to do about this mess, and I'm going to be staying here in my home and hold my breath....like I have been doing for 11 long stressful, horrifying, threatening, and exhausting 11 months.

"...I would hope for is that I wish people collaborated more, you know, business, regulators, governments."-Jamie Dimon

REALLY???  Yeah, I hoped that too....like months ago, now you are putting me directly in front of a firing squad of the court system, regulators, and lawyers.  How about you take that file that is on "unofficial" hold and read it, and you tell me why you won't talk to me. I've said before and quite publicly that we all make mistakes, all I have wanted through this whole process is to get someone to talk to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, now I just want you to release the deed, I don't want to get in bed with you, I don't want to be promised or go through the false hope of loan modification, that ship has sailed....I don't want to come home from work only to find a eviction note on MY HOME without a 120, like poor Jennifer up in Montrose County, or worse be like Jeff, that you put though the loan modification, approved him, and he made his payments and then after the three month period, you just didn't communicate with him anymore and took the home that he and his father built, and you refused his cure payments in FULL...What a racket??

I don't want to be associated with you, there is a reason that the moment I mention "chase bank" there are groans. People are horrified that you can just get away with all of this, but alas, you have  gotten away with much worse...haven't you? To date, more of my neighbors have moved their mortgages from you...gosh I wish that were an option for me, but you have me tied up pretty tightly in your red tape, and stuck in this bureaucratic holding pattern.

Should I make you one of my silver Moral Compass Necklaces? Cause you could use one, I think that yours has been lost, perhaps I could make them for everyone in your company, because they seem to missing theirs too.  I would be more than happy to do that for you,  thank you, for teaching me the lesson that I was extremely naive, a sitting duck, and totally braindamaged to believe that sure you would have to talk me, I didn't think that it was too much to ask for?? Obviously, I was very wrong.

Now, Now I'm just very frustrated, and the more shenanigans you pull, the deeper I will dig my heels in.

Chase I LOVE YOU> Keep Your Friends Close and Keep Your Enemies Closer

Well, I think it is possible that I just had the most interesting weekend to date.  Gloves are on.
OH, PS Chase I received the escrow information, and I find that very interesting....looks to me like you were over charging to the tune of hundreds of dollars.....and then found that, and then applied it to the debt.  INTERESTING.  Where do you think that money came from???  I've decided on the menu plan for our dinner, and I think it is quite fitting.  Bread and Water will be served.  I just LOVE you so much, and I can't wait to see you.

CHASE CHASE CHASE CHASE I pruned the Roses Today

The Chase logo was introduced in 1961, when the Chase National Bank and the Bank of the Manhattan Company merged to form the Chase Manhattan Bank. At the time, few American corporations used abstract symbols for their identification. Radical for its time, the Chase symbol has survived a number of subsequent mergers, and is currently the property of JPMorgan Chase & Co. It has become one of the world's most recognizable trademarks.

Jamie Dimon, I would like to have you over for dinner, you should get the invite soon, so then we can formally be introduced since your company won't acknowledge that I exist. meanwhile I sprayed the dandelions and pruned the roses today...don't want the house to look like it is abandoned, you know since I LIVE HERE and all, Michelle

Gotta laugh at how absurd this all is...CAN'T IGNORE ME FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy Happy Friday! I soo should have been a Detective...Never too late, I should really look into this!

Picture from Pinterest, someecards.com (LOVE IT!!)
It was a normal and typical Friday morning by all accounts, I had just taken a walk to clear my head, arriving back at the house, I poured a cup of coffee and there was a crime show going (like to keep the tv on for the pups) When the main character said the following, "Sometimes the evidence is right in front of you, and you just need to step back to get perspective."

So, I thought about this, actually got goosebumps, and decided to look at things "with new eyes" Long story short, I don't care what anyone says, sometimes t.v. is just good for you!  :)   Perspective was found today, in a pile of papers long since forgotten...by everyone, but me.  :)  Small victories are worth their weight in gold, I really should have been a detective, maybe I should really look into that.  Tenacious is the word of the day.  Friends and Family, enjoy your weekend, wherever you are...and wishing you the very best! Oh, and don't give up...NO MATTER what you do...EVER

"Love Letters" by random drive byes THANKS JPMorganChase

dated 03/30/2012, but was delivered on my front step 04/10/2012 this is called "Shenanigans"

I call these LOVE LETTERS, and random drive byes, these wonderful letters are half hazardly left on my front porch, both in English and Spanish (no habla estupido) sometimes litter the yard, with a message PLEASE CONTACT YOUR MORTGAGE SERVICER IMMEDIATELY AT:_________________.  They never ring the doorbell, I never see them...they just do random drive byes.

Really? To the wonderful agency who continually inspects my home, and leaves these "love letters" I would love to talk with you!  When I tell people, even EMPLOYEES of CHASE what is happening, they get the "deer in the headlight" look and don't even know How to respond. When I first spoke to a VP of another bank, she heard the name CHASE and about had a heart attack, next thing I know...I have dozens of pages of information on my home with instructions of what to do.  So, How did I first find out that my home was in foreclosure?

Was it The Arapahoe County Trustee's Office?  NOPE
Was it JPMorgan Chase?  NOPE
Was it JPMorgan Chase's Attorney Powerhouse here in Denver?  NOPE
Was it my attorney?  NOPE

It was a Broker who snatches up distressed homes.  SO, I told him my story. "Oh My God, you have to get an attorney." Gave me his card, wants me to keep him upraised of the happenings, said, "I won't touch this with a ten foot pole."  Strange to see a grown man scared.

SOOOO  here I am, this letter taunts me, as if contacting my mortgage service immediately would get them to do anything...THEY WON'T TALK TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!  Has the foreclosure been stopped or put on hold? Yes, well "unofficially" which is so nice and lovely of Chase to do as they drowned me in anxiety and I wait, it's brilliant work on their part...all this damage control, buying time...which gets me to the point of living literally WEEK TO WEEK, wondering...Who is doing what?

Meanwhile....here I am. I'm NOT going away. Just because this isn't Personal to them, doesn't mean it isn't Personal to me. Shame on You.

Financial Security...its called a Secret Book Safe

Where do you find financial security?  It is called a Secret Book Safe, this book can be purchased through www.thetarnishedhalo.com

My sense of humor isn't lost in all of this, and yes, it is now officially warped...but clever!

Perhaps we should keep our money. What would happen if we all went to cash? It is interesting to ponder....isn't it?

My neighbors are pretty excited, they all just moved their mortgages over to #US Bank, they didn't want what has happened to me with the notorious JPMorgan Chase Bank, to happen to them.  Interesting what happens when you actually start telling the truth. IT IS Powerful.

345 days and counting....NOT looking good

On this note, I'm off to bed...I have a very, very busy day tomorrow. GodSpeed....GodSpeed

You can't fight Corporate America? Yeah? Watch ME.

Seriously?

This is strange...you refuse to talk with my for 11 months. Refuse to talk with me, refuse to discuss my account, refuse that my home is actually my home, refuse to take my information(so much more) SO, I get a lawyer JUST TO TALK WITH YOU.    JUST TO TALK WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, Here is a bill from Chase's attorneys, addressed straight to me. You can't have it both ways, either I exist or I DON'T. I have jumped through their hoops, and their "customer service" representatives have told me some of the most outlandish(and criminal sounding) ways to get you to accept my information. I have sat in the local Chase branch assured that everything would be fixed. Shame on You.

Have you NO INTEGRITY? I received one apology from one of your customer agents, "I'm so sorry Ms. Hansen, this should have never gotten this far" my response? "Thank you, thank you, for actually calling me by my name, thank you,(as I fought back tears! finally!) so much for that, now can we fix this?" (this is what normal people do...right? mistakes are made...okay, lets work it out, lets find a resolution, seems reasonable, by all accounts doesn't it?) I wonder what happened to that poor guy...and I hope his mortgage isn't through Chase...just sayin.

I'm still waiting. I will not pay you money to only get me to the point of "informational purposes only" you are walking a thin line, and I'm taking you to task. Whoever said, "Michelle, you can't fight cooperate America," doesn't really know ME that well. This IS personal...but keep asking to speak to my late husband, knowing full well he has passed away...my interpretation of this is simple: It's a cruel and unusual punishment. It is an emotional bashing attack with a thorn filled hammer that you continually beat me over the head with.

Know this: I don't respond well to extortion, threats, passive aggressive activity, or any other shenanigans. Go ahead and give it your best shot....I won't be silenced. Given this political economic climate, I would love to hear your reasoning for all of this, if you have come up with one yet.

I could say a lot of four letter words for you...but I only have one.  PRAY

Pray that this doesn't get in the press, PRAY that this red tape you have so aggressively wrapped around my neck stays in place, PRAY that someone with some serious influence doesn't get a hold of this story. Pray that I run out of hope. Pray that I just go away. Pray that your plan of bottomless resources drowns me out of the ability to pay my lawyer.
Meanwhile, my prayer is simple. My prayer goes something like this

Dear God,
Protect me while I fight the battles that have been brought to my front door. May justice be fair and swift. Amen.

SO, I can stop getting all the emails from #Etsy on their special Monthly, daily, weekly happenings, because quite frankly every time it comes in my inbox it makes me sick to my stomach, and then just sad. Ironic as it is that there is a video, an alert of oh, are you sure you want to do this?  Well, #Etsy, you didn't give me much of a choice did you? Still waiting for some sort of correspondence from you, looks like I might have pissed you off a bit with my dispute I put in....well played that you make me disappear completely...but I KNOW what has happened. :)

It's all a damn shame.

The Sociopathic Epidemic

The Sociopathic Epidemic

Yesterday was interesting, and when you are up against lets call them "interesting" people it is no surprise that the lies grow bigger and bigger, its almost like sociopaths can't help themselves.  I said to my lawyer in the middle of lets call it, "shannanigans" I said, "I don't even know how to respond to that, it is so far from the truth, I think the "interesting" may have just lost their mind?" (Then we go through the stack and I do mean stack of documents, and are like...nope) So, let's go ahead and throw forgery into the mix....cause things just weren't interesting enough already?  Really? Absurd!

Perhaps that is the idea. Being of sane body and mind, although the past 11 months have been a very big test thanks to some well played out cloke and dagger passive aggressive attempts... I can only come to one conclusion.  My give a damn button was broken a long time ago... but I have enjoyed the life lesson of documentation, learning the law, and more importantly writing my book. You just can't make this stuff up, this is the stuff that is stranger than fiction.
