This just in***** "Chase does not own this mortgage, but services it on behalf of its
investor Fannie Mae and must follow all investor guidelines."
Yeah, Fannie Mae has been really helpful...infact I spoke with them last week, and returning their phone call today to follow up and see if my "issue" had been resolved.
